With over 20 years of leadership and strategy development experience, including as a senior officer in the Canadian Armed Forces and in the fields of investment banking, organizational development consulting, and commercial real estate, Adam has a proven record as a trusted and results-focused leader.
Adam has supported multiple small and medium-sized enterprises, multinational corporations, and public sector bodies in achieving breakthrough results with pragmatic business exit, growth, turnaround, and advisory solutions. Exposure to multiple complex issues across industries reinforces Adam’s talent for quickly identifying the underlying drivers of a given problem set and collaborating with key stakeholders to develop impactful solutions. He then aligns and leverages complementary teams with laser-sharp focus to structure and implement strategies that achieve outstanding outcomes.
His client work spans from restructuring a family-owned chain of movie theatres in the U.S. to developing a foreign market entry strategy for one of the largest global electronics manufacturers. He also deployed on high-risk counter-illicit trafficking and counter-terrorism capacity building operations as an officer in the Canadian Armed Forces and was awarded the Chief of the Defence Staff Commendation.
Adam holds an M.B.A. with Great Distinction from HEC Montreal and a B.A. from Western University. He earned the Certified Management Accountant certification from the Institute of Management Accountants, completed the Private Markets Investments Programme at the Oxford Saïd Business School, and the Advanced Valuation Executive Programme at the NYU Stern School of Business.
